VIRTUAL WORKOUT PROGRAM
VigorUS Fitness offers virtual training services to clients. Book your daily workout times ahead of time, prepare for your workout, and perform an exercise routine with a trainer all in the comfort of your home. Your trainer will track your daily reports and is required to provide feedback monthly. A fitness assessment test should be done as needed.
IN-PERSON TRAINING PROGRAM
This service is only available to individuals and groups residing in Toronto for now. VigorUS Fitness does not have a storefront so we will either be collaborating with neighboring gyms that are closer to the location of the client or training clients at their homes. Clients who need training services at their homes will need to pass clearance.
